HOW TO ORDER

After browsing the Limited Edition Prints catalogue, select any item you wish to purchase by clicking the PayPal button available on each of the Limited Edition Prints pages.

Once your card details have been processed you will receive an automatic receipt from PayPal detailing the amount of money that has been debited from your account as well as a unique ID number which you should use if any problems arise.

Paul Taggart will then receive verification that your payment has been successful and your print/s will be prepared and framed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of verification from PayPal Paul Taggart will send a confirmation order to you, followed by a further Email to advise when your order has been despatched.

All credit card transactions are dealt with by PayPal. At no time will your credit card details be available to Paul Taggart. This site only supports Pounds Sterling. If you would like to view an item in your own currency please use the XE.com Personal Currency Assistant which is available on each page.

Please note, overseas purchasers who use Paypal will receive a supplementary invoice to cover additional P & P supplements

POST & PACKING INFORMATION

Limited Edition Prints are prepared and framed to order, so clients should allow up to two weeks before their order is despatched.  

If there is a possibility that despatch of an order will be delayed Paul Taggart will e-mail clients. This will normally only occur when Paul Taggart is away for some time from his studio on a painting trip or when attending one of his exhibitions and cannot immediately deal with a clients order.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
The right of Paul W. Taggart to be identified as the author and illustrator of this web site has been asserted by him in accordance with the Copyright, designs and Patents Act. All rights reserved. No part of the work may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without prior permission of the copyright owners (Paul W. Taggart & Eileen M. Tunnell).The tutorials may only be downloaded and printed off for personal use and are available exclusively to registered painting companions.

In accordance with the Copyright Act, the copyright for any original work of art, art work, print, facsimile, mechanical copies etc. produced by Paul Taggart remains vested in Paul Taggart. This applies in all situations, including on any work purchased directly form Paul Taggart, through a retail outlet or through a third party (i.e. agents etc.) and on any work gifted by Paul Taggart or a third party. Written permission must be obtained from Paul Taggart in person, and the relevant fee paid to reproduce the work in any form whatsoever be it for commercial gain or for private use (i.e. photography of any piece for inclusion in any printed/published material such as media articles, promotional leaflets, private greetings cards etc.). Furthermore this notice applies equally to any scanning onto computer hard or soft disk and any other means of electronic scanning or storage.

PRICING
Prices are subject to change from time to time. The prices displayed in this web site supersede any others previously quoted on earlier versions.   Prices do not include Post & Packing, which will be charged, as stated and/or quoted.

All goods offered for sale by Paul Taggart through this web site are priced in Pounds Sterling and are not subject to Value Added Tax.

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE TAXES OUTSIDE THE UK
Payment of any import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the client. As customs policies vary from country to country clients are advised to contact their local customs office for further information.

AVAILABILITY
All orders are accepted subject to availability. Whilst every effort is made to ensure print editions that have sold out are removed from the site as soon as possible, some delays may occur.  Should this happen clients will receive a full refund.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
In accordance with EU regulations clients have the right to cancel their order within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

INCORRECT ORDER
The greatest care is taken to ensure that Limited Edition Prints are checked prior to dispatch. However, if an order is wrong, clients should contact Paul Taggart as soon as possible, in order that the matter can be clarified to everyone’s satisfaction. In the event that it is agreed Paul Taggart has dispatched the wrong print, the matter will be rectified as soon as possible, either with a full refund or a replacement, as required by the client.

DAMAGED GOODS
The greatest care is taken to ensure that Limited Edition Prints are checked prior to dispatch. However, if the order arrives damaged, clients should immediately contact prints@artworkshopwithpaul.com, in order that the matter can be rectified to everyone’s satisfaction.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Clients should inspect their package thoroughly before accepting and/or signing for it. CLIENTS MUST make a note of any damage and immediately inform Paul Taggart. If clients do not Paul Taggart may not consider a claim for damage.

OTHER REASONS FOR NON-ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE
In the event that clients have inadvertently ordered the wrong print, Paul Taggart will be happy to accept the return of the item, providing it is returned by the same method of dispatch, fully insured and in its original packing and condition, at the client’s expense.

If a client is unhappy with their purchase, the client should contact Paul Taggart within seven days, in order that the matter can be clarified to everyone’s satisfaction.

PRIVACY POLICY

Paul Taggart respects his clients’ privacy and will not trade or rent their name, e-mail address, address or phone number to any third party other than where necessary to fulfil orders. Any information provided is strictly confidential.

Client information is only retained by Paul Taggart if they have specifically asked to be added to Paul Taggart mailing list or requested further details from time to time. Paul Taggart will not e-mail clients unless they have given their consent. Clients can request to be removed from my mailing list at any time.
Cookies are used on this site but only to maintain a log in when accessing limited access pages and to keep track of the contents of clients shopping basket. They do not collect any other user information.

The information collected about clients includes only clients name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, where clients have supplied it, details of any particular areas of interest. The information collected has been supplied by clients either when making an order, registering for site use or requesting information. Paul Taggart has no access to clients credit/debit card details - these are collected separately by PayPal. LAW AND JURISDICTION
The laws of England, Scotland and Wales apply to any transaction on this site and the Courts of Scotland are the Courts of Jurisdiction.
