All firm orders for Paul Taggart Original Paintings will have been formally accepted by Paul Taggart and individually raised contracts exchanged with clients, subject to the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENT METHOD

Paul Taggart’s preferred payment method is via Paypal invoice. Clients may negotiate another payment method if more convenient, for which the client will bear any additional charges rendered by the financial institution that they have nominated.

DELIVERY PAUL TAGGART ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Any original painting will only be despatched once full payment has been received and processed from the client for the Studio Price as published, agreed and contracted to.

Method of despatch will have been fully agreed with the client, along with costs for packing, shipping and insurance. Despatch of any original painting will be fulfilled once full payment for such has been received and processed from the client.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change from time to time. The prices displayed in this website supersede any others previously quoted on earlier versions.

Prices do not include Packing and Shipping and Insurance, which will be charged separately and as agreed in advance.

All goods offered for sale by Paul Taggart through this web site are priced in Pounds Sterling and are not subject to Value Added Tax.

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE TAXES OUTSIDE THE UK

Payment of any import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the client. Any customs, taxes or import duties will be levied once the package reaches its destination. As customs policies vary from country to country clients are advised to contact their local customs office for further information.

All orders are accepted subject to availability. Whilst every effort is made to ensure original paintings that have sold are noted as such and/or moved to the archive section as soon as possible, some delays may occur.

The right of Paul W. Taggart to be identified as the author and illustrator of this website has been asserted by him in accordance with the Copyright, designs and Patents Act. All rights reserved. No part of the work may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without prior permission of the copyright owners (Paul W. Taggart & Eileen M. Tunnell).The tutorials may only be downloaded and printed off for personal use and are available exclusively to registered painting companions.

In accordance with the Copyright Act, the copyright for any original work of art, art work, original painting, facsimile, mechanical copies etc. produced by Paul Taggart remains vested in Paul Taggart. This applies in all situations, including on any work purchased directly form Paul Taggart, through a retail outlet or through a third party (i.e. agents etc.) and on any work gifted by Paul Taggart or a third party. Written permission must be obtained from Paul Taggart in person, and the relevant fee paid to reproduce the work in any form whatsoever be it for commercial gain or for private use (i.e. photography of any piece for inclusion in any printed/published material such as media articles, promotional leaflets, private greetings cards etc.). Furthermore this notice applies equally to any scanning onto computer hard or soft disk and any other means of electronic scanning or storage.

PRIVACY POLICY

Paul Taggart respects his clients’ privacy and will not trade or rent his clients name, e-mail address, postal address or phone number to any third party other than where necessary to fulfil orders. Any information provided by clients is strictly confidential.

Clients’ information is only retained by Paul Taggart if clients have specifically asked to be added to Paul Taggart mailing list or requested further details from time to time. Paul Taggart will not e-mail clients unless clients have given their consent. Clients can request to be removed from Paul Taggart mailing list at any time.

Cookies are used on this site but only to keep track of the contents of clients shopping basket.

The information collected about clients includes only clients name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, where clients have supplied it, details of any particular areas of interest. The information collected has been supplied by clients either when making an order or requesting information. Paul Taggart has no access to clients credit/debit card details - these are collected separately by Pay Pal. LAW AND JURISDICTION

The laws of England, Scotland and Wales apply to any transaction on this site and the Courts of Scotland are the Courts of Jurisdiction.
